You are very important for us. We would like to provide you with the best services trying to ensure continuity in provision of services. With this understanding, we believe that we would lose our most important partner if we lose your confidence in us. We would never desire that.

Altay Security discipline regulation

WARNING :(The individual is warned in the following cases):

 

  1. Keeping, equipment, devices, tools guns, weapons etc, dirty and in disorderly manner,
  2. Not showing due care to cleanliness and order of the worksite,
  3. Not tracing short documents in an orderly manner,
  4. Bearing mustache, sideburns, long hair etc., in contrast with the regulations and instructions,
  5. Talking in an impolite manner using profane words and obscenities at worksite.

 


REPROBATION ;(The cases subject to reprobation are as follows );

 

  1. Late return to mission (worksite) without justified reason after handing over the guard duty,
  2. Treating his/her colleagues impolitely or with disrespect at the same position at the worksite or outside of the place of duty post,
  3. Not responding to individuals asking about any place, road or person,
  4. Acting and behaving in improper manner at the post of duty,
  5. Wearing clothes conflicting with the clothing regulation and instructions,
  6. Treating the persons under his responsibility at the place of duty in an unkind, offensive, disrespectful manner and using profane words against them,
  7. Negligence of the duty and chatting at the post of duty,
  8. Making talks and chats not related to the duty and or making disrespectful talks with the radio and communication devices used for official purposes, or hindering radio communications by uttering strange sounds,
  9. Not complying with the advices or declarations of chiefs and supervisors,
  10. Not complying with or disrespecting the warning and precautions concerning the duty and good manners.

 

DEDUCTION FROM MONTLY WAGE (100 TL);

 

  1. Filing complaint in an unjust way and writing a protocol or minute,
  2. Using equipment, vehicles, tools of the employer or the employees working under his /her command for his/her private works or interests
  3. Destroying deliberately written papers, documents, lists, etc,
  4. Causing goods, vehicle devices, equipment, guns etc., owned by the employer to be unusable due to lack of proper maintenance,
  5. In the case damage and defects are caused in all kind of equipment (such as motorized vehicles, machines, devices, radio etc) taken over by the employee, the amount covering the damage is paid by the concerned employee.
  6. The employee losing his/her official uniform (clothing)/equipment due to negligence is obliged to pay the price of equipment/clothing,
  7. Loss of equipment trusted to the concerned employee or performance of the duty with short equipment,
  8. Not arrival of security guard to watching (guarding) location, delaying, interruption or ceasing of the performance of the service; This deduction is applied based on severity and characteristics of the case. Such cases may lead to such deduction and sometimes termination of the employment contract.

 


DEDUCTION FROM MONTLY WAGE (200 TL) + TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT;

  1. Causing abduction of the persons or Loss of the properties of the persons under protection responsibility due to non accomplishment or defective performance of duty liabilities at working location (duty post) (such as sleeping at the post etc.),
  2. Elimination or causing willingly and deliberately the elimination of the evidences of the crime or concealing them or helping to conceal them,
  3. Committing or attempting to commit the crimes such as burglary, usurpation, fraud, forgery, deliberate human maiming, and beating, bullying, etc. ,
  4. Causing injury due ton on attention, negligence, or lack of precaution by the gun of security guard or security chief or causing commitment of such faults or crimes by others,
  5. Causing injury as a result a traffic accident in which the employee is involved due to his/her fault while using the property-vehicle owned by the employer,
  6. Torturing the persons present at worksite for any reasons whatsoever,
  7. Tolerating, mediating or guiding for access and egress of the persons and vehicles in/out of the worksite whose access/egress in/out of the subject locations are prohibited,
  8. Firing firearms without justification at inhabited locations and locations where people are mostly present or acceded /left,
  9. Contraband or helping the smugglers in their illegal activities being in collaboration with them,
  10. Not attempting or taking steps to ensure capturing, tracing of one or more crimes or capturing of the perpetrator(s) that is/are known, witnessed by the employee,,
  11. Drinking alcoholic drinks at duty post or tolerating others to drink while he/she is on duty,
  12. Drinking alcoholic drinks or appearing drunken such that it may not be concealed at locations open to public in uniform without regarding if the employee is on leave or not ,
  13. Arrival at worksite (duty post) as drunken or showing apparent evidences of having drunken alcoholic drinks,
  14. Using drugs, or mediating in fabrication, usage, concealment, dispatch, eliminations at the time that these would be captured, sale of such drugs,
  15. Gambling or helping other to gamble or establishing relations in connection with the gambling,
  16. This amount is deduced and employment contract is terminated in the cases of taking alcoholic drinks at duty post or arrival at the duty post as drunken,
  17. Arguing with his/her colleagues and superiors, acting against them in a disrespectful manner, bullying them or applying to brute force,
  18. Borrowing from the employer or his/her colleagues and making a habit not to pay back,
  19. Taunting, molesting women or men,
  20. Discriminating based on language, race, gender, political opinion, belief, religion, and difference of sect in performance of the duty and acting in a separating manner y,
  21. Acting and behaving during the service in such a way to impair the esteem and respect required by official position and the sense of security,
  22. Procurement of the objects which are restricted to be borne at worksite (on post of duty),
  23. If the person arrives at the post of duty wearing anything but official uniform, (such as civil clothing etc.,) this deduction is applied and employment contract is terminated.
  24. Smoking and using tobacco products at worksite.
  25. Making speeches or comments to press and media organizations despite he/she is not authorized to do so,
  26. Opposing to the employer or to institute or to officials of the institute served and not comply with the rules and regulations pointed out,
  27. Not coming to duty post without notifying at least 15 days ago

    I declare that I have read the issues (clauses) specified in this protocol on ……/…… /20…., and that I have accepted them. I accept unconditionally that required procedures would be started by the employer applying to labor courts in the case that I do not comply in any way with the issues specified in the protocol and accepted by me.
